BOOKED TO PROFIT

BEAUTIFUL PHOTOGRAPHY IS ONLY PART OF BUILDING A PROFITABLE BUSINESS.
I'm Katrina- photographer, business owner and the strategist behind Booked to Profit. I’ve been a professional photographer for more than 15 years, and I’ve learned firsthand that creating beautiful work is only one part of building a successful photography business. You also need to know how to get your work in front of the right people, turn attention into inquiries, and turn those inquiries into clients. Being a great photographer doesn't automatically create a great business.
That’s what led me to look beyond the photography itself and focus on the systems behind getting consistently booked.

My Journey
When I went full-time with wedding photography, I was figuring out the business side just like so many photographers do — through a lot of testing, learning, and figuring out what actually worked. I experimented with content, offers, websites, paid advertising, client conversations, and follow-up. Over time, I started to see how these pieces connected and what actually moved someone from discovering my work to deciding to hire me.
I stopped seeing marketing as a collection of tactics and started seeing it as a system.
That became the foundation for Booked to Profit — a place where I can share the strategies, frameworks, and systems I've developed to help photographers build a more intentional and predictable path to getting booked.

PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO ARE READY TO BUILD THE BUSINESS — NOT JUST THE PORTFOLIO.
I created Booked to Profit for photographers who are ready to take the business side of their work as seriously as the creative side. If you're tired of relying on referrals, posting without seeing results, or feeling overwhelmed by everything you're told you should be doing, you're in the right place.
You don't need more to-dos. You need a marketing strategy that turns attention into clients. That's what I'm here to help you build.

A Note from KATRINA
YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE PHOTOS.
NOW LET'S BUILD THE BUSINESS BEHIND THEM.
You didn't become a photographer because you wanted to spend your days trying to figure out algorithms, writing inquiry responses, or wondering why your beautiful work isn't translating into bookings. You became a photographer because you love what you do. But loving the work and building a profitable business are two different skills. You can learn the second one.
And you don't have to figure it all out alone.
